Integrating with Lightspeed E-series (Ecwid)

1. Lightspeed can be either an independent store, or be integrated to a different platform. Please follow these steps according to your case:

   • If you have Lightspeed integrated to a different platform, look in your website admin for options allowing to add ‘custom tracking code’ and place this code in a way that is loaded on every page of your site website/store.
     

   • If you have an independent Lightspeed store (Instant Site), you can view our instruction video or follow the written guide below.

     Log in to your dashboard, go to ‘All Sales Channels’ > ‘Starter Site/Website’ > Scroll down to ‘SEO settings’ > Paste the following code in the box under the title ‘Header meta tags and site verification’.

2. Hit save.

3. Go to your Ecwid dashboard, go to ‘Settings’ > General > Tracking and analytics.

4. Scroll down to option Custom tracking code on Order Confirmation page

5. Add this conversion code:

Note: We don’t support integration of Wix combined with Lightspeed.

Important

Please remember to test a conversion before starting your program. This way you can verify that tracking has been set up correctly. You can create a test conversion by following the steps described here.
