Setting up Sender Policy Framework (SPF) emails

If you have set a ‘From’ email address in your ‘White label’ settings, it is advisable to setup an SPF in your DNS (Domain Name Service) as follows:

  1. Login to your hosting provider and edit the DNS settings for the domain you have chosen to send email from.

  2. If you don’t yet have an SPF record for that domain, you’ll want to add one. Create a TXT record which, at a minimum, should have the following value:

    v=spf1 include:spf.tapfiliate.com ?all

  3. If you already have a TXT record with SPF information, you’ll need to add Tapfiliate’s servers to that record by adding include:spf.tapfiliate.com in the record.

  4. You should add this before the last operator, which is usually ?all, ~all, or -all.

Note: If you’re using WIX and setting up an SPF, you must indicate your host name instead of the “@”.
