Hooray, the winter is over! It’s high time to celebrate the progress made by the Tapfiliate team over the last month. From new features to enhanced functionalities, let’s dive into the latest updates in detail.

Updates for Advertisers

Introducing the ‘Parent Affiliate’ column

We’ve added a new ‘Parent Affiliate’ column to the Advertiser account, making MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) management even more convenient. This feature provides enhanced convenience, allowing you to navigate your affiliate network with greater clarity and efficiency. Plus, when you export your list of affiliates, rest assured that the new column and its associated data will be seamlessly integrated into the exported document.  

Revamped System Errors design and texting

We’ve updated our system errors across the advertiser and affiliate portals. Why? Because the same type of errors will help you respond more quickly to affiliate issues based on their user experience. But we didn’t stop there—we’ve also fine-tuned the text notifications to ensure that you’re promptly informed in the event of any hiccups.

Updates for Affiliates

Enhanced Currency Filtering in the ‘Reporting Section’

To address discrepancies between conversions in the Reporting section versus the Conversions section (in the NEW affiliate portal), we’ve started displaying the full list of currencies within the filters at the Reporting level. This ensures that your affiliates have all the necessary tools at their fingertips to filter data by preferred currency with ease.

Massive updates for the ‘Programs’ section

We’ve significantly improved the affiliate user experience in the Programs section to help your affiliates manage their accounts easily and get the most out of your programs.

• Improved Display Options: We have made a transition from the list of programs to the details of the program (bonuses, assets, MLM) clear for the user. Now, your affiliates will be able to manage the display of all available affiliate programs: either see them in a list or in the form of cards. If the affiliate has 4 or fewer programs, the card view will be activated by default.  
• Commission Structure Information: We’ve added information about program commission structure to the Programs tab to help affiliates instantly see how much they can earn with a specific program and make a faster decision to join.
• Introducing the ‘View’ Button: Say hello to the shiny new “View” button in the Programs table, designed to provide quick access to program details, including assets, bonuses, and MLM information. We’ve also given the appearance of statuses a fresh makeover and disabled program names (no more accidental clicks!).

Automatic link conversion to domain in the ‘Your Channels’ section

Registering for your affiliate program just got easier! Users don’t need to worry about specifying their domain in the Your Channels section anymore. With our automatic link conversion mechanism, they can simply add any website link, and our tool will convert it into a domain after they hit the Add button. This enhancement streamlines the affiliate onboarding process, reducing frustration and preventing potential affiliate loss.

Introducing the Consent Tool

Recognizing the importance of data processing based on consent, particularly for clients with stringent requirements, our team has developed a dedicated consent tool. This tool serves a vital role in ensuring that data processing activities align closely with the principles of consent, providing peace of mind for all parties involved.
