The support is always here and systems are working well, I have not had any cases where tracking fails. Also, there is a decent number of customizable setups I can do without involving IT. I like that it gives me the option to track customers who are active in the community. Our sales are highly dependent on word of mouth and I feel that Tapfiliate gives extra boost.
